Gift certificates are available in amounts between $5.00 and $200.00. Gift certificates may be purchased online, through the mail, or by calling one of our customer care representatives. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. When will my order be shipped? StratosWear orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of the order for all in-stock merchandise. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. Delivery Options / Shipping & Handling Freight charges are not refunded unless the item was shipped to you in error. Delivery Options Standard delivery orders are shipped via ground service, and generally ship within 2-3 business days from the date of the order. For even faster delivery, we offer express shipment by Next Day or 2nd Day delivery service. Shipping & Taxes (Continental U.S.) We process orders within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow two weeks for regular ground delivery. Please include the street address. Please no P.O. Boxes or APO boxes. Some states require that we collect tax on your purchase amount. Should state tax rates or laws change, we are required to collect the tax in effect on the date of your order. Express Delivery Customers requiring expedited delivery services should call Outdoors Direct Customer Service at 1-800-723-5656. Select option # 3 for Outdoors Direct Customer Service. Our customer service agent will assist you with your order. Expedited orders will be accepted Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Eastern. All express shipments must be placed by noon EST. Express packages will ship anywhere in the Continental United States for $20.00 2nd Day and for $25.00 Next Day. Not all items are available for express delivery (such as items that require custom embroidery and heavy/bulky items). Shipping within the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. US Postal Service Priority Air is shipping method to these 2 states. Hawaii is an additional $20.00 and Alaska is 15.00 to continental US delivery charges. Priority Air will be delivered in 2-3 days and you can also request overnight delivery for an additional Charge 15.00 charge. Priority Air Overnight to Hawaii is an additional $35.00 and to continental US delivery rate charges. Priority Air Overnight to Alaska is an additional $30.00 and to continental US delivery rate charges. |
